I bought Jillian michaels kickbox fastfix im gona do all three workouts how do i know how many calories i will burn so i can log it???? Please someone help me!

    Hi.

    I'm not sure this is the answer you're looking for but I log all Jillian Michaels workouts as Cardio circuit training and adjust the minutes accordingly.
