#MotivateMondays

Since everyone knows Mondays SUCK, I'm going to start #MotivateMondays -- tell me 3 things you are going to get done today (fitness related or otherwise!).

I'll go first:

1) FINALLY buy a hole punch for the office
2) Since a meeting overruns my usual Monday lunchtime fitness class, leave work early to go and work out
3) Post the 4 letters I've been meaning to post since before Christmas...

    1 is to start my 31 day Men's Fitness test thingy tonight.
    2 is to start measuring myself
    3 is to research correct diets for weight lifting.

    Are you holding us accountable then?

    1. Book a venue for my sons Birthday
    2. Pick up the things I've reserved from Argos even if it is snowing lol
    3. Make sure I fit in my cardio workout today

    Hmm... good post!

    1) At lunch do my fitness test.
    2) Write that thank you note I've been meaning to do...
    3) Go to the gym after work.

    1) 2 cups of coffee ONLY, after that it's tea or alternatives
    2) Do 5 of the discharge files that have been siting on my desk since before Christmas
    3) Go downstairs to my bike now. Full 60 min before work, upper body training after.

    #1 100 squats before the work day is over
    #2 hit the gym tonight but I will not over do it!
    #3 be proud of myself for what I have accomplished tghis far(this is a hard one for me!)
