Since everyone knows Mondays SUCK, I'm going to start #MotivateMondays -- tell me 3 things you are going to get done today (fitness related or otherwise!).
I'll go first:
1) FINALLY buy a hole punch for the office
2) Since a meeting overruns my usual Monday lunchtime fitness class, leave work early to go and work out
3) Post the 4 letters I've been meaning to post since before Christmas...

Already posted on your wall, but here it is too:-
1 is to start my 31 day Men's Fitness test thingy tonight.
2 is to start measuring myself
3 is to research correct diets for weight lifting.
Are you holding us accountable then?

1) WALK to the post office
2) Drink more water
3) Do my exercise DVD I said I would do all weekend!0 -
1. Book a venue for my sons Birthday
2. Pick up the things I've reserved from Argos even if it is snowing lol
3. Make sure I fit in my cardio workout today0 -

Hmm... good post!
1) At lunch do my fitness test.
2) Write that thank you note I've been meaning to do...
3) Go to the gym after work.0 -
1) 2 cups of coffee ONLY, after that it's tea or alternatives
2) Do 5 of the discharge files that have been siting on my desk since before Christmas
3) Go downstairs to my bike now. Full 60 min before work, upper body training after.0 -
#1 100 squats before the work day is over
#2 hit the gym tonight but I will not over do it!
#3 be proud of myself for what I have accomplished tghis far(this is a hard one for me!)0
