Rice Cakes

I love love love the plain salted rice cakes. I could eat them all day...but I dont. :)
I use them as a snack generally plain but I know I need some protein with them to keep me hungry. I have used PB and that is about it to top them. What do you put on your rice cakes to keep you satisified?

I haven't done it for a while, but a mix of tuna and cottage cheese sprinkled with ground chili pepper.

I love love LOVE chocolate covered rice cakes instead of biscuits. The same calories as a chocolate digestive, but they have much less fat and added chemicals etc! Kelkin do great ones

Hi. a nice treat is a slice of tomato and a small sprinkle of shredded cheese. My preference is heated in the oven, however, a microwave is just as likely to work. I simply do not care for the microwave, a personal choice

Almond butter is good. I like laughing cow cheese and a slice of lean meat. Feels like a little sandwich.

Philly light cheese, tomato, cucumber and black pepper
Mozzarella, tomato, rocket, basil or italian seasoning
Peanut butter and sliced strawberries or apple
    Nutella

Sometimes I break them in half to dip in soup, so I don't eat too much bread!

I avoid them, like all puffed grain products, because of high glycemic load.

That's pretty much the only way I eat them, with peanut butter.
