Daily challenges?

Hello!

I was looking around to see if anyone's started a "Daily Challenges" thread because I saw some mini-challenges but I don't see one. I was wondering if there are any on here already or if anyone would be interested in one if I started it (:

Basically, it would be a daily updated post for a new challenge every day for a different part of your body.

    That's a really good idea! Just the other day I was wishing MFP would give a daily exercise goal to match up with the calorie goal to help us based on what we told them our weight loss goals were (for example, run two miles (with the option of adding a time limit)). I'd be interested in this. :)
  • What kind of workouts would people be more interested in? More cardio or more strength building. Or I can have 2 daily challenges one for cardio and one for strength building and you can pick one or do both?

    Great idea and doing both a cardio and strength gives people the change to choose or do both, please add me to the group id definitely be interested in taking part :happy:
