open and mostly paleo (mostly! as of yesterday!) can't exercise due to surgery on Friday but usually do train so i've reduced my cals to 1200 as I'm more or less bed bound.0

Always open. I'm a fairly clean eater and try to hit 40/30/30 macros. The last 2 days are out of the ordinary if you check , but I like knowing there are spy's watching me0
