Hi,
I'm new to the site and just wondering how well this has worked for users. Is it hard for you to remember to log all your food?

I've only used this so far for 1 week, and I've been able to log everything Primarily through my cell phone and the myfitnesspal app. You don't have to add anything (for the most part) manually....just scan the bar code and put the qty......0

as im cooking, i add the ingredients. or, if it's already made, i add everything on my plate before i eat it. sometimes, if something is more calories than i thought it'd be, ill only eat a smaller portion of that one thing. if you do it after you eat, then you cant make changes to what you've already put in you! 1 week so far, 9 lbs! check out my diary so u can see what im doing. im a woman, so i may eat less than men would, but you get the gist...0
