Is anyone else doing Leslie Sansone's "Walk Away The Pounds?" And if so, how do you log it on your exercises on here?

I don't do WATP, but I'll let you know how I log my P90X exercises: I create my own exercise (Exercise Tab -> My Exercises -> Create Exercise). I name it the same as the workout DVD (e.g. "P90X - Chest & Back"), length being the same as the workout duration (anywhere from 60-90 mins), and input the calories burned from my HRM. Then, everytime I do that DVD, I just add it from my list and adjust the calories burned as needed.
If you don't have a HRM, then probably log it under one of the walking entries in the MFP database.

Yes,I do the WATP and log it in as either 2.0 slow walk or 3.5 Brisk walk. It depends on what segment of the walks she offers that I do that day.0

I do walk away the pounds and have a daily / multiple day thread that I start each day if you would like to join, we support each other and give incouragement on down days.
