We've started a Biggest Loser competition at our building. The "prize" is 60% of the the pot for individuals, and 70% for groups. Everybody gives $25 to sign up, $1 for each weigh in, $2 for each missed weigh in, $1 for each pound gained. It's incentive enough to stop and think you might be getting around $2,200 free and clear JUST for making healthy eating choices and eating right. Anyone else doing this at work??

My company did it a few years ago. (Although they just put money into the pot at the begining and the loser with the biggest % loss won the whole thing. The guy who won it didn't "diet" per say...he used the tricks he learned in high school wrestling to drop weight fast. Totally not healthy. 0 0
