hello!

hi i joined MFP 2 weeks ago, my blokey is also using it, he's lost 8lb so far and i have lost 6lb. LOVING it! i was always a ww girl (i was a leader) but i got to the point where i could cheat so easily. i like good old fashioned calorie counting and, im starting to really look at what im eating, protein, carb levels etc.

im quite hefty on excercise, im training for a 100km bike ride round london in june and i dance in an adult troupe (in panto next week) but they are all skinny mini's who like to wear very little on stage- so im desperate to not be embarrassed next time we dance in our bra's!
