Sorry to be a party pooper but loosing 10 pounds in that amount of time is just not a good idea, the slower you loose it the longer it stays off. If you lost 2 pounds per month then you would be on your way to a lifetime of being slim, your body just won't let you keep off that amount of weight that fast.
So go slow, real slow but that way it will stay off and never come back and that way you won't ride the rollercoaster.

I'm in. But 10 pounds, which in Australia is 4.5kg is too much to lose in 2 weeks is too much, i lose about half a kilo a week which is about 1 pound, so I will aim for 2kg by then.

OK...How to do this? The weight I entered to begin with was 113...I weighted at the doctor's office...when I weighted (on the same day) on my home scale it was 110? If my home scale is right I have lost 1 lb since I started the calorie count =D what do you ladies recommend? should I buy a new scale? LOL0

I am new to "myfitnesspal" and I don't know if we are supposed to check in every day with our weight or not. How often should I do it, once a week, twice a week, everyday? Any help would be great! Thanks!!0

You have a check in button on the home page. you can check in there as much as you want. I do daily because I want to weigh myself daily. I need to know how i am doing daily. other people check in weekly and even monthly. that is up to you.
If you want to be part of this challenge, you can check in for the first time and then again not until may 6th if you want. It is up to you.0 -
