I started this journey December 2010 its been a rough road for me full of slip ups, binges, and months off the wagon, but I'm back and ready to reach my fitness goals :) just hope I can help inspire and motivate someone like these kind of pictures did for me when I first started!

    I didn't and and still really don't have one I switch it up daily at the gym or out for a run I always try to challenge myself change doesn't come easy :)

    Wow! In my eyes that is the perfect body for me! Totally my goal! If you wasn't in the buff I'd keep that as an inspiration picture.
    But I think my boyfriend would be concerned if I did that! Lol
