Turbo Jam

Hello everyone!! I was wondering which categories the Turbo Jam workouts go under. For example: 20 min Turbo Jam, Turbo Sculpt (40 min), Cardio Party (40 min), Ab Jam (40 min), and Punch, kick, and Jab. I have been entering them in as aerobics (high impact) and circuit training. I was just wondering if I was on target with these or not. Thanks!

    Sounds like you are entering them into the correct catagories. However, if you can afford to get a heart rate monitor, that would be your best bet and then you can enter them exactly as they are!

    I love, love, love TURBO JAM!!! It's one of my fav Beachbody workouts. How do you like them and how long have you been using them?
  • I have had Turbo Jam for about nine months now. I started off using them and then lost interest. I have since started using them again and I love it! They are a lot of fun. It seems that I hit platues often and I started up with Turbo Jam to mix things up a bit. I need to make a schedule out to incorperate running and Turbo Jam. With these two combinations maybe I can jump start my weightloss again!
