I love my very used copy of "Trim & Terrific Freezer Friendly Meals" by Holly Clegg. I think she has some newer cookbooks also.0

I like the series by the Podleski sisters, Looneyspoons, Crazyplates, Eat Shrink & Be Merry and the Looneyspoons Collection. I bought my most recent one at Costco.0

I have never been one to use a cookbook per say, but recently my mom bought me a recipe binder with tabs, sheet protectors, recipe cards, etc... I LOVE the recipes on skinnytaste.com and they are so easy. She does weight watchers so they are done over healthy recipes. She also does photography so a ton of her recipes have step by step photos. There have been a few that I looked up in the middle cause I wasn't sure it looked right lol. Just a thought!0

Not sure if you have a smart phone or an iPad or tablet... but I love the app ZipList (skinny meals) that taste really good... I mean you probably aren't carrying around a cookbook unless you are at home. This is great because you can be anywhere and check out meals, head to the store (has grocery list)... it's really cool and free... check it out!0

I was given a the Weight Watchers: All Time Favorites cookbook. I've tried a few recipes from it, and they've all be delicious! I like it because it tells you how to portion out a serving along with calorie counts per serving for each recipe.0

I had Cooking Light Magazines: Chicken cookbook. I went thorugh the whole book and my husband could never tell that it was a healthy cookbook. Some of the things in there were soooooooo delicious0

Any cook book...and then modify to fit your diet. I have taken recipes from Rachel Ray, Paula Deen, that Pioneer woman lady, and tweaked them to work for me.0

I like Tosca Reno's Clean Eating, and Rocco DiSpirito,s books. Plus I get a lot of ideas from Pinterest.com, health and fitness section, and skinny taste.com0

I really like the Skinnytaste website and the Hungry Girl book. I use these quite a bit and they don't taste "diet" so my family doesn't mind eating them either!0

All the Cooking Light books are good. The magazine is good as well.
I like the Cooking Light Magazine. And also what another poster said about taking any recipe and changing it up to fit what you want. I can always substitute maybe a lower calorie or lower fat ingredient, or leave something out that may not be as important to the recipe for it to still taste good. I collect cookbooks and can always find a way to put whatever I cook into my day.0 -

I have hundreds (literally, since I love to cook and bake) of cookbooks, but I recently bought "Well Fed Paleo" and absolutely love everything I have tried! Be aware, though, that the cookbook is NOT low fat. (I eat lots of healthy, good fats). It is mainly main dishes and sauces and sides... some healthy desserts. I also love ALL of Maria Emmerich's cookbooks (from Maria's Healthy and Delicious Bites blog). She is fabulous for finding "healthified" versions of our favorite recipes and has many cookbooks on Amazon.0

I love cookbooks, but find that everyone has different favorites. Some people want pictures, nutritional information , family friendly recipes, vegan, etc. I would highly recommend cruising your library's cookbook shelves or the cookbook section of your local bookstore. I like Mark Bittman's "How to Cook Everything". You may want to try out some websites with recipes such as the Eating Well (eatingwell.com), skinnytaste.com , theppk.com, skinnykitchen.com and happyherbivore.com. Many website authors have cookbooks in print as well.0

I like Rachel Ray and modify it because I make all her receipts gluten free. Or you can go on food network and get any receipt you want and change it however you want. Be creative.0
