To much stress

Options
I work a really stressful job. Also I am not always sure ill get 40 hours a week since I'm a temp and not full time yet which always leads to money concerns. These things added together really add a lot of stress to my life. How do you stay on track and keep motivated during these times when all I wanna do sometimes is curl up on the couch with a bag of chips?

For me, for some awkward reason, hot bath is the key. No need for candles or music or anything. Just let the water run in the tub immediately as I get home, induce lots of bubbles, hop in once its already halfways... and once I have time to sink in and think, all the anxiety goes away in 20 minutes.
maybe worth a try for you too

I think to myself, "Getting stressed is bad enough, but getting fatter AND stressed? NO WAY!"

Also, I'm with rompers16. Exercise endorphins are pretty nice.

Thanks guys such great options. I had a really hard day at work today but somehow I am managing to work out even though it took some pep talks. I think I'm going to try taking a bath afterwards and see if that helps.
