Brand New Here

Hi Everyone!

I am brand new here. I had a baby a little over a year ago, and while I am pretty much back to my pre-pregnancy weight, I still want to lose another 15 lbs. I was doing pretty well losing weight by eating healthy, but my weight loss has recently stalled & I have even gained back a couple of pounds. So, now it is time to get serious. I have been on Weight Watchers in the past & it worked for me, but I am coming here now because it is free. I enjoy running, so that is what I will be doing for exercise. I was doing really well with running before I got pregnant, but I am just now getting back into it, so I have to build my stamina/endurance back up. I am looking forward to the challenge.
