Should the fitbit be worn while working out? I'm not sure if I should keep my fitbit on while at the gym or if I should take it off being as I'm logging the workout on myfitnesspal (???)

I always take it off when i go on the exercise bike or do an exercise dvd. i log those things seperately on here. i do however leave it on when im on the treadmill though and dont bother logging that on here as its a step based exercise.0

If you're logging the exercise on MFP, it really doesn't matter whether you take it off or not. The calorie counts on MFP will override whatever the Fitbit registers during that time.0

This. I personally never take it off - even if I wear an HRM also. If I log a workout it just overrides it and adjusts.0 -
I leave my fitbit on all day to log all my walking and cardio. I log strength training separately, however.0
