    I dunno. MFP chit chat says I'm as old as the person I'm doing. I don't believe most of what I read here.

    Honestly, if you have to ask how old is old, you're old.

    If you say you are X age for X amount of years in a row, you're old.

    If you say (ladies) that a true lady doesn't reveal her age, you're old.

    If you can tell someone that X person/place/thing was around well before their time, you're old.

    I can go on and on about what makes you old. BUT, ultimately age is just a number, it truly is about how you feel inside. Though if you break a hip trying to step off a sidewalk, need to wear diapers, or need that blue pill to keep the misses happy.... You're old.

    my mother is 96 years old and she still doesn't think she is old. she doesn't act it either. She still has her mind,her health and can stay up later than me. Loves going to the casinos too... Think she will outlive us all. Age is only a number

    I've seen old 30 year olds and young 60 year olds. It's how you take care of yourself. At 45 I'm, fitter than ever and have been caught recently jumping on a trampoline & hula hooping.

    While I agree "you're only as old as you feel" I must admit that since losing 55 pounds and getting into the best shape of my adult life, I certainly like the way 37 feels..??

    All it depends on your mental state of being of which is ultimately determined solely by your perception on the world around you. Given there are about 100 toys within reach of me at this moment, I'd say Im good to go on all fronts

    As my personal trainer once told me...Mike, you're chronologically 52 but have the life force of an 18 year old! I took that as the best complement I had ever received! Especially since he's just a kid himself! The way I see it, age is just a number!

    I don't feel old till I think about (to the high school graduates this year "Kurt Cobain" has always been dead).

    I was ready to say "20 years older than I am now" and then I read this and feel old as hell.

    A 25 year old today may have no idea who Paul McCartney is, and they certainly would not remember Wings.
