4'11 female -15lb lost in 60days

My progess in 60days. I am 4'11 and lost 15lbs. Don't mind the weird top...had to cover up a bit. lol t_zpsfc79227c.png

    Hard work with Insanity and Shakeology. I also started to actually have something for breakfast, which I haven't done in forever.

    Remember this when u start to hear negative comments from " concerned relatives" that you are too thin.....they DO NOT know what they are talking about. You are doing an AMAZING job!

    Along with working out I make sure I eat no less th 35g of fiber and have tried to keep up on the water. I use to go a whole day with maybe only drinking a bottle and a half of water. I definetly use to always mistake being hungry instead of getting water. I often carry a snack bag around with me full of cocao nibs and goji berries.

    Already hearing it. lol. Just a couple more pounds until my goal weight and then it's time to tone up.
