Hi from Texas

Have been posting to my account & lurking since the Monday after Thanksgiving, Nov 26. Really like this site & seeing the info reinforces mind-awareness constantly. Trying to really minimize calories (less than 1000 net after exercise) & have been walking 4+ miles every day (only missed 4 days since starting). Down 26 lbs which is about halfway to my goal of getting under the 200 lb level. Good luck to all of you as we continue the journey. Best regards to all.
