I am looking for some fish recipes for dinner ideas...not too fishy tasting though if possible. I've broiled fish before sprinkled with lemon pepper and butter. Need to get more protein and Omega 3's in my food choices thanks

I like to make fake "fried" fish.

I cut a big filet in smaller pieces, dip them in seasoned flour, then eggs and panko breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven at 375°F for about 15-20 min, depending on the size of the pieces.

This recipe for Broiled Parmesan-Lemon Tilapia is also one of our go-to fish dishes:

squeeze lemon over salmon, lightly brush with butter then sprinkle with Old Bay - do this to both sides. Put in a baking dish under the broiler.

I love me a plain ol tuna steak on my George foreman and putting some laughing cow herb cheese on top simple and so so so good! It's my go to lunch when I'm lazy :)

I like to bake tilapia in a foil packet, over brown rice & veggies, topped with fresh lemon and fresh cracked pepper. My fiance' likes salmon with a honey chipotle BBQ sauce.
