I like to make fake "fried" fish.
I cut a big filet in smaller pieces, dip them in seasoned flour, then eggs and panko breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven at 375°F for about 15-20 min, depending on the size of the pieces.

i love pan seared swai with just salt and pepper it is a mild fish cheep and 6 oz is 125c
ypu can get 2 lbs of filet for 7 or 8 dollars0 -
squeeze lemon over salmon, lightly brush with butter then sprinkle with Old Bay - do this to both sides. Put in a baking dish under the broiler.0

I like to bake tilapia in a foil packet, over brown rice & veggies, topped with fresh lemon and fresh cracked pepper. My fiance' likes salmon with a honey chipotle BBQ sauce.0
