Extra calories

So it seems I am dropping a fair way below my daily calories. I need to fnd some extra one's to keep my daily intake at a healthy level. However, I also want to make sure the foods I choose to add are packed not only with calories, but also good for me nutrionally. Any suggestions of calorie dense good foods ?

    Thanks. Going to try to add more snacks between meals, and will look at those foods.
  • Almonds are supposed to be especially good. Have oats & milk for breakfast? Lentils and beans with dinner?

    I think you need to be getting more protein than you're getting considering the amount of exercising you're doing so also consider loading up on cottage cheese, tuna, chicken etc.

    nuts, boiled eggs, peanut butter, banana, milk, carrot & hummus, all good snacks with fairly high cals...

    also go for 'full fat' not low fat versions of things like cheese and yoghurts.
