Ridiculous fear of losing breasts

I've always been a "curvy" girl. Never overweight (at least not until the last 6 months or so) but always hourglass shaped, with large breasts for my frame. I've been bigger than a D cup since I was about 12. I know that they won't just disappear, 5lbs down and all I've lost is an inch from my under bust, but I'm irrationally scared of losing my GGs. To the extent that it's the reason I've stopped myself from losing weight in the past. It's stupid, it's shallow and not like me at all! I feel pathetic for tying my self worth to some letters. Is it just me?

  • I'm an f cup now after having my second child 2 years ago but i grew to a EE after being on the depo injection after 6 years which i do believe i may have been a D or DD for many years but wearing the wrong size bra.
5 years ago i came off the injection and lost 2 and a half stone making me go from a 16 - 10/12 but the chest was an 18 or bigger, very hard to buy clothes mostly dresses and top that don't make you look like a tart but I found i had lost an equal amount from all over my body which was a 5 inch loss. I must point out I am 5ft 3 which makes a big difference .
II had more belly fat to lose and i think that is the common place for fat to be more on people.
If you've got massive ones now they will still be big after wards

I used to be 32FF before I got a reduction. Probably the best, best, BEST decision I've ever made, especially because I'm so little otherwise. My chest alone made me look 20-30 lbs larger than I really was, because they covered my itty-bit-bit waist.

After my reduction, I was a 34D, but after losing around 10ish pounds, I now fit much better in C cups, and even a few B cups! It makes me a little sad, since being the 'curvy girl' was always my title as well.

Don't be worried about losing your bosoms. :) Of course, you'll lose a little bit, but you gotta embrace your body the way it is. :)

60 pounds down and I am an E, down from a G. I am hoping to be a D at the largest by the time I am done. I've been a DD since 7th grade and I'm excited to buy clothes that fit in the body and the chest area. You don't really want a lifetime of back pain, do you?

I've never actually had back pain. Being a 28GG, my breasts aren't actually THAT large in the grand scheme of things, just large on me! I've always worn a correctly fitting bra as well, whereas others my size are probably in 32 or 34 bands and aren't getting enough support so it's never been an issue for me.
