Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had the book with the page that outlines the allowed points for your weight.

My lovely step son thinks he threw it out with junk mail. If anyone has it would you mind posting it please.

Thanks in advance!

    I have the book with the page to determine your points target:

    1. What do you weigh? Enter 1st 2 digits -
    if under 100 lbs, enter right hand column #

    2. male or female (female, 2 - male, 8)

    3. Age:

    17-26 = 4
    27-37 = 3
    38-47 = 2
    48-58 = 1
    over 58 = 0

    4. Height :
    under 5'1 = 0
    5'1 - 5'10 = 1
    over = 2

    5. Activity - most of the day"
    sitting (desk job) = 0
    occasionally sitting, but mainly standing (sales, mom) = 2
    walking most (mail carrier) = 4
    physically hard work (construction) = 6

    6 nursing mom's = 10
    supplementing = 5

    calculate totals and get your points = under 18 for total = 18 - if more than 44 for total , = 44

    Thanks you guys!!! So fast! I like to try to stay within points when I enter my meals in my diary as much as I can. I'm happy I can move down a few points ;)
