Newbie

Hello, I am new to my fitness pal. so far I love the food breakdown log; however, I am having a hard time trying to figure out different workouts I am doing (kettlebell) finding in the database. Also, why is there no calories burned when toning exercise using weights? I dont use the information for additional calories added to day, but I would like to know on average how many additional calories I am burning doing these type of different exercises. Thanks for any help.....:smile:

  • I think you can add new exercises.. You may end up having to google them to find out the number of calories, then set it up in my fitness pal.
