Egg roll in a bowl!

If you like eggrolls, but you want to avoid the fried aspect as well as the wrapping, this is great!
1 cup of shredded cabbage (raw)
1/2 cup shredded or finely chopped chicken (cooked)
1/4 cup shredded or finely chopped carrots (raw)
1 tsp olive oil (or what ever oil you like)
dash of:
black pepper
salt
ginger
celery seed

In a pot or pan heat oil until it looks "thin" when you swirl the pan. Add all meat and vegetables. stire together until well combined. Add seasonings to taste. Stir frequently over med-low heat until cabbage is crisp tender.
This is great to experiment with using different meats or seafood.
