Midnight workouts?

Hey everyone! Anyone else work out in the middle of the night?How is it going long term? Do you think you work out just as hard as a workout during the day? 4 days a week the only time I am able o make it to the gym is after work, at 12 am, I have only gone a couple of times and I am wondering if I would be able to do it long term since I have to be up early to take my daughter to school. Any input would help thanks:)

  • My dad has worked out in the middle of the night for years now, and it works great for him and his lifestyle. If you're a night owl, then by all means go for it! Personally I find I have more energy in the evenings and it's harder to push myself when I first wake up. Plus, you will sleep like a rock!

    Well i careful. Late night workouts can mess up your deep sleep pattern, which is just as vital to your weight loss as working out.
