how do i add or figure out how much or add lunges to my exercise???

    I do 3 sets of 15 lunges on the days I work my legs. So it's 15 lunges on each leg, 3 times. I don't do it with weights just yet though, as I have only been doing them for a couple of weeks. Everytime I do them though, my butt muscles are sore the next day, so I know they are working! :)

    You should do your lunges for at least 4-5 minutes. Do several reps and makes sure you are changing legs everytime. Don't forget to do some small pulses at the bottom of your lunges. You will really feel those. Make sure you are pushing the lunge from your back heel and squeeze your butt as you rise up.

    You can log your lunges under the strength training section of the Exercise tab to keep track of how many sets/reps you do, but it won't add workout calories to your daily total. You have to then log it under the cardio section for that, under the strength training entry. HTH!
