new to this NEED support and friends

I am new to this site
Need to lose 50 pounds UUGGHH!
It is so HARD
I definately need friends and support.
I am hoping to lose enough weight to go on vacation this summer
with family and not be ashamed of myself.
I binge eat I emotional eat
I just reeally need help
So any one looking to help and support and friends
ADD ME!!!
