So Depressed

I just did my weekly measurement check and all I've lost is 1/4 inch off my thighs and arms. I gained 1.2 pounds yesterday but I kept telling myself to wait and see how my measurements were today.
Well my body fat weight and percentage are up a little in line with my weight gain and my BMI is also up a little. The 1/4 inch loss on my thighs and upper arms is the only other thing that's changed. The rest of my measurements are all the same.
I'm having a hard time reaching my calorie goal each day, but the last few days I've managed to be only 50 or less under. Most days I really feel like doing another walk in the afternoon but then I'd have to eat another 200 calories.
I don't understand how I could go from a lifestyle with no exercise at all and eating fast food several times a week to a lifestyle where I'm exercising every day and eating healthy and after 2 weeks the only change I have is a 1 pound weight loss - I can't even tell myself I'm building muscle because my measurements have barely changed either.
Everyone else seems to lose at least a few pounds when they first start trying to lose weight, I didn't even do that. I'm so depressed I don't feel like eating and now I have to go force myself to eat breakfast or I'll be trying to make up more calories the rest of the day.
