Looking for advice

Hello,
Been eating healthy since after new years trying to lose at least 60 lbs. Looking for people to look at my profile and offer any constructive advice/criticism. So far the trouble im having is with sugar but its all from fruit. Is this good or bad?

    Eat more fruit and veg and a wider variety in the full rainbow of colours, doesn't matter how much lettuce you eat it's still one serving towards your seven to nine. Sugar from fruit is not a big issue, but if you want to cut back stop eating bananas daily - you could have two servings of fruit and seven of veggies for the same carb content. Lower sugar fruits include blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, red and black currants, grapefruit, rhubarb. Ideally you would have far more veggies than fruits, that cuts the sugars automatically.

    Also don't see your three servings of reduced fat dairy, good to see oily fish tho. Try to have more mineral rich foods - nuts, seeds, beans lentils. Maybe make more of your snacks savoury, at present they are almost all sweet.
