I was going thru my pics on fb and could not believe this pic. The big thing is me, and it is not my highest weight.

  • Just look at how far you've come! Amazing!

I can barely recognize you in that white dress cause you've been tiny the whole time I've been on MFP

    "Big thing?!?!?!?"
I know you weren't happy with your weight at that time, but come on! You weren't a "big thing," you were a lovely bride!

Awe thank you, but I sure hate this picture. It is motivation for me!
  • You're an inspiration to those who ARE your previous size to show what IS possible. Because I know for me I often wonder what IS possible for me. I wonder if my goals ARE attainable by me. Or if genetics are just going to keep me at arms length from my goal no matter what.

You actually getting there proves whats possible. And that hope is what drives the rest of us.
  • you have done so well to come so far

You can do it, just keep working hard. It is difficult to achieve your goal, but the main thing you must remember is, this is a lifestyle change, you must always do what works for you and never stop.

    I get it!
I was at my heaviest (pre-pregnancy) weight when I was married - in fact had to buy a girdle (no spanx back then) to fit into my going away dress that I had only bought a month or two earlier...

Even though I thought I looked pretty, all the guests could talk about were my beautiful (and slim) bridesmaids...that memory hurts.
