New and Looking for Friends/Support

I'm Stephanie, I'm 43, and aiming to go from 173 to ... well, somewhere between 128 and 135 would be amazing.
After years of elaborate plans and start/stop yo-yo dieting and loss/gain cycles, I am hoping to take things one day at a time, build some healthy habits, and just celebrate the accomplishments as they happen. Would love to have some support along the way to help keep me from getting discouraged, and I will do the same for you!

Celebrating the accomplishments as they happen is one of the greatest things about losing weight. There are so many great things that happen to your mind and body.0

Hi! I just joined as well. In a similar range - starting at about 180 and wanting to be 140ish (less would be great, but I'd be cool with 140). I've also had a life of yo-yo dieting. Tried them all. Almost rejoined weight watchers for the 100th time.. but decided to try this on my own and do the basics of calorie couting/exercise.

One day at a time sounds great to me! I really need the support, and I am great at supporting others too0
