Im in Ayrshire in Scotland and it seems no-one else is lol

Im Krysty and im 25. I am a size 12-14 (14 a little too big, 12 a little too small!) and i weight 10.5stone, 147lbs ish. I would like to be a 12 with a flat tummy!

    hi kirsty im brenda in glasgow been eating ok for nearly a week as i havent logged in for a while but cant get motivated for execiseing :happy:

    hi all :) exercising i have to really push myself to do tbh. i do 20mins of zumba a day (45mins as of next week!) and i walk 4miles a day aswell.

    always seem to be left alot of calories though :-/
