    I haven't played D&D. :(

I tried this one called Arkham Horror. Was really awesome

But I just got back into Magic after like 8 years. Lol

<don't know enough to say enough to sound believable, but insert most expensive card from ebay here>
  • Arkham Horror is fun.

I am slowly getting back into Magic, but when we play it's either Pauper or Commander.

As far as 1 card that's the best...hmmm lol that's tough. There were SOOO many cards printed, i can't just choose one!

I haven't played in awhile (lost all my cards in some moves) but I still love it. My boyfriend has it on xbox and I played it occasionally but just not the same without holding the cards in your hand imo!

I have never played traditional D&D but we did get D&D: The Legend of Drizzt board game (I'm a board game fan!) and I loved playing it!

I read about Arkham Horror and felt like it would be just as awesome as you say! Haven't been able to get any new board games lately (money probs) but maybe someday i'll be able to get it.

*lets my nerd flag fly high*

My game changing card is Sheoldred-Whispering One from the New Phyrexia block. Everyone groans and starts shuffling their decks when she comes out.

Other ones I love: Griselbrand, Chancellor of the Dross, Vraska the Unseen, Phage the Untouchable.

Not necessarily the greatest cards in the history of ever, but they're some of my favorites.

I'd love to get my hands on the *original* Liliana Vess and Sorin Markov Planeswalkers.

I dunno about the BEST card, but my favorite card is Kemba, Kha Regent. That, and Ajani, Caller of the Pride. I've got a pretty badass white cat deck.

I have not played in awhile, but I still have a few tournament decks from awhile back. Would have to refresh my memory though to tell you what I had in them!

My husband would literally kill you for that Ajani card.
  • Me and my fiance still play sometime. Though I lost my AWESOME Angel deck in a move. I have to say the most bad@ss card I've ever owned was Akroma. :3

    Don'tStop, you surprise me! *gasps*

    That's pretty awesome.

I know how to play Magic, OP, but I'm not very good at it. I have a squirrel deck, though. It's pretty. You should totally try D&D, it's awesome. I've been gaming for an ungodly number of years now. Also LOVE ARKHAM HORROR. So much fun! Co-op games are harder to do smack talk with (which is why I love Risk, soooo much smacktalk opportunity there!) but it feels damn good when you manage to take out one of the Old Ones.

I surprise a helluva lot of people when they find out I've been playing MTG (the card game, not the online game) for years.

Getting ready to go to a prerelease tourney in a couple of weeks, actually.

I've got 2 :P But I'm not parting with either of them.

I collected some during Time Spiral block, but had no one to play against. A few months ago I tried MTG Online, but my internet is slow so people complained and I lost interest. Most effective card online was "Curse of Stalked Prey"; best physical card is probably "Damnation".

Played a lot of MTG 10 years ago+ and I still play D&D (path Finder Rules ) every week with the same group I have playing with for 15+ years.

My brother in law has a Royal Assassin deck. He still plays with it. He's *super* pissed that a lot of the new cards (especially black) make that card pretty weak.

i was never into all that crap, but my husband plays yugioh with his brothers...and he just turned 31.
  • I've been out of standard for about six months now, but I play modern Bant and Rafiq EDH and G/W aura modern. My favorite card is probably Wurmcoil Engine. I don't think it's the best, but I think it's pretty damn cool. :)

I used to. Had a killer white weenie deck at one time. (Sounds kinda sexual nowadays. Hmmm.)

Ahh, yes, the 1/1 cards. Kill you by papercuts. Remember the "bog rat" decks?
