    quinoa cup cakes!

little bites that taste like pizza (i add chopped peppers, homemade pizza sauce, crumbled feta and basil) and bake them in a cup cake tray. About 30kcals each, they are high protein and a couple staves off hunger for ages. Keep in the fridge for three days too

Gotta try this!! Actually sounds amazing!

    Ditto!

Also, you can add other spices if you like, I know cloves and nutmeg are also in Pumpkin pie but I'm not sure in what proportions.

My husband picks on me that I still love ants on a log...minus the ants....

For those that don't know what that is...Celery stalks with peanutbutter (creamy PB for me).

Other wise my snacks tend to be sugar free gum becuase i want something sweet so badly but I feel if i break now...it would be hard to get back on track.

Sheets of Nori seaweed. Sometimes I'll put cucumber and/or peppers with it.

Dill pickle spears and green olives drenched in Franks Red Hot. I don't even know if it's healthy, but damn is it good.

Do you dip the carrots in the vinegar or just like.. drink it separately?

I adore vinegar so I think I might try dipping carrots in it now, lol.

    Tuna with wasabi in it.

Scrambled eggs with sriracha on them.

Sliced strawberries, peanut butter and coconut. Mix in a bowl and eat with a spoon. Sometimes I add diced apple, banana slices and/or nuts.

Oatmeal with protein powder and maple syrup mixed in.

Smoked herring straight out of the can.

Do you cook the quinoa first? How many grams to fill a cup cake tray?
