Banana Bread Smoothie

I was reading the Carrots N Cupcakes blog today and found her recipe for a Banana Bread Smoothie. I tried it for lunch, and it is seriously one of the best smoothies I've ever had.
I wanted to share with you all.

Blend up:
1 C Almond Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Frozen Banana
1/4 C rolled oats
1 T Honey
1 T Flaxseed Meal
I calculated it to be 489 calories. A good lunch. Lots of protein and calcium.

It's just like fresh baked banana bread.
