My name is Nancy and I'm new to MFP. I'm actually hoping to loose 25 pounds before my wedding in September :) Yayy, I'm so excited. I'm going to really need some motivation and friends on here, my own little support group. Diets have never really worked for me. Last year though, I did lose 30 pounds on my own in 6 months, and 15 pounds of that have crept right back to me, unfortunately. I started another semester at college, and let me tell you, it is never easy to be on a diet at college where it is always soda and snack vending machines full of fattening things. I'm ready to start a new me though!

    Hi Nancy! I'm currently trying to lose 60 lbs. and I've learned a few tricks that might help you. Water, water and more water is one. I also find I'm less likely to eat garbage if I have the whole days food planned out and some days even organized into a lunch box. You can do it. What a remarkable accomplishment to have lost that 30 pounds. Will you be working out at all?
