Water Intake

Hey guys, I wanted to get your opinions on how much water you should have a day and how much is too much?

Im drinking up to 3 1.25L bottles of water a day, would you say that is too much ?

    dont judge it by how much water honestly just look at the color of your pee if its fairly clear youre doing good

    how do you feel after drinking all of that water? probably pretty good...water's the best drink.

    Yeah, i feel really good after all that water. i need it though,. I am a receptionist and i sit at the front where the sun is hitting the glass and to help it along, the air conditioning vent doeant work. It works everywhere else but not in the front :explode:

    do you drink most of it at work, or both work & when you're exercising?

    I'll drink about 2 and a half bottles of 1.25L bottles and then i drink the other half and a bit at the gym or excercising.

    'too much' would prob be about at least double the amount you drink...if you're weighing yourself, then you should prob do it when you get out of bed in AM/after you go to bathroom.

    I drink 14-16 8 oz glasses a day or try to. Hope you figure out how much your body needs.

    Thanks for that :) yeah, i just realised i have only been to the toilet twice today, but urine is clean so that a good sign right?

  • drink what u feel confortable drinking as long as its more than 8 glaases. our bodies are about 80% water,water is good for flushing out our systems and help iin weight loss but if your spending all day planning intake around where your gonna be when u need the loo it may get hard x
