Breastfeeding and MFP?

Hi, I'm new here. Can I set things so it allows for the additional caloric/nutritional needs of breastfeeding? Without being able to add it the calculations are coming out too low (in calories) for me to maintain my milk! Advice? Thanks!

food > food diary > add "breastfeeding" or "breast feeding" and you'll get calories added back
add it as an exercise custom and you'll get calories added back AND have them applied across macros.
Those both require you to "remember to do them' daily
my home > settings > update diet / fitness profile
decrease your chosen rate of loss - if you're set to lose, seems strange to set to lose 2 lbs a week and over-ride calories to only lose 1 lb a week when you could just set it for that anyway
0.5 lb less per week for 'loss' is 250 more calories a day
1 lb per week less loss is 500 more calories a day
that is a set it and forget it option unless you lose weight and get prompted to update (10 lbs since your last change)
my home > goals > change goals > custom
increase your calories by the amount you expect to earn from this (healthcare provider will give you how many extra calories you should have)0
