Healthier (more!) Hair!

Has anyone (particularly males) that has been successful in changing their lifestyle notice more or thicker hair growth on their head? I know that you can't really change genetics, but my hair has been thinning out on top for a while now. I am currently bald, and I'm not opposed to it, but I really do like having hair.
But in the end, I'd rather be bald than have a horseshoe (no offense to anyone who has one).
