A great feeling, my BMI was 37 when I started, it's currently 29. I had a major celebration when I became overweight! Lol :laugh:0 -
If you put all that weight you have lost into a rucksack and try and pick it up you probably couldn't. Well done on losing so much. Keep it up and thanks for the inspiration.0
