hey ya'll!

I am back at trying to lose some weight and could use some friends! I currently down 20lbs since last year. I was trying to lose weight so I could be put on the transplant list. Well, I did that! and now I just want to lose weight for better health and better odds of not rejecting a kidney if I should get one:) So any help and incouragement I can get would be greatly apperciated:) oh My name is Tish. I am 28, married and have 4 kiddos.

  • 20 pounds is great! Most people don't even get that far after many times of trying. I'm planning on trying Julian Micheal's 30 day shred but I've heard it's pretty intense! You might want to try it also, just google some information about it and such, you might be interested. (There are different difficulty levels). Also, I never like to starve myself or have a hungry feeling when I'm trying so hard to not eat. I research foods that keep you full and ways to boost my metabolism. It's always good to keep yourself busy so much that sometimes you forget about food. A cool way to keep yourself busy is doing something you enjoy that's active too, it sorta tricks your body into thinking it's not exercise XD
