Ok so it's been almost a full month that I have been doing Muay Thai kickboxing and I love it. I spoke to a few people at my gym when I first started and they all told me that at the end of their first or second month the weight just started to fly off it was like they could not stop it.
I was thinking in my head ya right and they are all skinny to begin with. Well I am happy to say that April 30th will be my first official month and so far I have lost 10.2lbs and a total of 9 inches and they were right this last week it has been almost every day I am dropping weight like crazy. I am so happy it's working because I love doing it I never really liked going to gym's other than going for the workout classes so for me this just works. (Doing happy dance)
Just wanted to share with you all thanks for listening.

Ya my first two weeks I lost 8lbs then stopped nothing until the past few days ago and now it's dropping like crazy. It was almost like I lost really fast in the start then I stopped because of the work outs but then as my body started to get more muscle it seems as if the muscle is burning off all my fat I love muscle LOL. :flowerforyou: Just stick it out I'm sure the weight will start dropping soon don't give up. Working out is not bad for you so it can only do good0

Just keep pushing... eveyone hits a wall at a different time during there weight loss... understand you also may be exchanging fat for muscle as well so measure yourself inches wise0

I'm not too sure about you but most of the kickboxing classes I have been too just do bag work and mostly cardio. In my Muay Thai classes we really work on how things need to be done right and strength training. We use Thai pads no bags at my gym you always have to hold the pads for the partner I love the class its a wicked work out.0
