  • Hi there, I'm also new at myfitnesspal.com... My Name is Mariana. I live in Venezuela, and I'm trying to lose 10 lbs. I know it's not much, but I'm 4.2 high and it's very difficult for me to lose weight.

    A year ago I found out my cholesterol levels were high so I had to cut off stir-fried or breaded foods, all kinds of cheese, chocolate, sweets, etc. I lost 15 pounds, and I felt great. Honestly, I got tired of dieting, exercising, and started eating like a cow again! I gained the 15 lbs. I had lost and I feel like hell now.

    I am trying to get back on track just by consuming fewer calories, and walking 30 min. a day. I hope keeping trach of what I eat helps me to lose those extra pounds I have.
