If you are unable to do things like planks and exercises where you lay down....join me in doing 200 lunges. Feel free to split them up throughout the day.
Backward, forward, side, it doesn't matter. Just sneak in 200 lunges throughout the day. Upon returning to your desk, visiting the washroom, etc.

Here you go! Squats are good to do, too. Every time you go to sit, do a squat.
