I haven't been, but I'm going in May to Montego Bay Sandals Carlyle Resort for my wedding. The pictures look amazing and a friend of mine went to one of their resorts for her wedding and loved it. Here's hoping it's incredible!0

I went to the Couples Resort in Negril. You should really look into the Couples Resorts, I think there are four of them on Jamaica and the prices are really good. I would love to go back someday just need to find me a sexy lady to take with me. Any volunteers?0

Three trips to Hedo II in Negril. Always a great time and you don't need to pack much to fit in......lol0

Went to a wedding at the Sandals in Montego Bay. We stayed for an extended weekend after the wedding. It was nice. We didn't venture out of the resort. The food was good. The room was nice.0

I have and I don't know that I would go back. It's great if you want to stay on the resort, but if you want to get out and walk around not so much. I went to an Island off of Belize and would go back in a heart beat!0

Rose Hall in Montego Bay- Very nice, took the all inclusive package, well worth it
Half Moon in Montego Bay- Very nice, food was so so- but not all inclusive and a pina colada was like 8 bucks.
Sandals in Negril- AMAZING and i wish i could live there! Although we did splurge and have the swim up river suite with private lagoon entrance. I think getting any level room that has the butler is well worth it. They def. go out of their way to make your stay memorable. We cant wait to go back!
My sister in law stayed at the RIU in montego bay and loved it.0 -

Thank you again to all of you who have responded. I'm writing all of these down so I can look at each one.0

I've been to Hedonism II and Hedonism III
Would love to give you a review, but as they say, what happens at Hedo.0 -
We stayed at a Sandals in Ochos Rios... we loved it... though my aunt, who is a travel agent that specializes in the Carribean, knows of better places... I think next time we go we will take her recommendation.0

Lol! That's good to know. I take it you enjoyed your stay. I'll have to check on that hotel.0 -
When I went I stayed at Ambergris Caye, which is an island off of Belize. It’s an English speaking county. There is some of the best diving in the world there in addition to Mayan ruins (this is on the main land and is an extra cost). While it is a poor area the people are very nice and you can walk around the town without being bothered. I liked it a lot. I attaced a web page to island so you can see the pictures.... and YES it really does look like that!

Always wanted to go here...would love to talk to someone thats actually been because I keep reading conflicting reviews online about the accomodations. I was supposed to go last September but plans got changed0 -
I now have a love/hate relationship with Trip Advisor. You can read hundreds of great reviews but then they also have some really bad reviews for each hotel. It makes picking one so much harder. I thought I had decided on one until I went into the bad reviews and now I'm back to looking again. I really don't want to spend more than $1500 a person because I will have to figure in the cost of airport parking, shuttle rides, and any excursions we may want to do. Before you know it you're up to $4,000.0

Riu Ocho Rios - Got married there. Awesome resort!
I just had another girl I know say the same thing about that place. I think the only bad review I read was someone had their room broken into. But that can happen anywhere. Did you fly into Montego Bay? I read it's about 60-90 min ride to the hotel.0 -
Riu Ocho Rios - has a few theft reviews on Trip Advisor between Sept - Dec. They didn't say if they used their safe or not.0

Negril is beautiful. The beaches are awesome compared to many other places in Jaimaca. We always stay at Sandal resorts when going to Jaimaca. We have only had great experiences.0
