You'll never go back! As of Monday, I've officially changed from adding cream and sugar to my coffee to absolutely nothing. BLACK! And I like it!

    I'm down from cream and sugar to just splenda and it's not bad at all! Maybe one of these days I'll go straight black

    it's funny you posted this- I'm trying to go black too. I cut out artificial sweetener for a while, then started really just adding a tablespoon of creamer. I sometimes still use a packet of splenda or equal, but now i'm determined to not use it and cut out the creamer as well.

    I'm addicted to coffee. its bad.

    Hmmmm, funny, I love cream in my coffee, milky frothy cappuccino and also black strong coffee. I don't ever add sugar but I love most forms of coffee (apart from the yucky flavoured ones)...depends on my mood how I have it : )

    I hated giving up a dash of milk in my coffee, but I finally got used to it. Right now I'm throwing a few cocoa nibs in with the grounds and it adds a dash of flavor.

    But if there were a God, coffee would taste as good as it smells!
