Welcome to the site! I have been here 40+ days and have been helped and reassured by what my fellow site members have shared. The Tools are great. I like the Reports. If you cannot find the food you ate that day, you can build your food into the system--it sort of leads you through the process--just look toward the bottom of the food data page to edit, etc. Same thing for the exercises. Look on the data page. You can also visit the internet, gain info on any activities that are not in the data list and build your exercise info up that way. Pretty nifty. Have fun!0

I am also new and need of much empowerment! To many times have I started and stopped something, but as the years go by it doesn't get any easier to lose the weight. I wish you all the best with losing weight!0
