Dual Cardio Training

I have just started Les Mills Combat (Jan 15, 2013). I also have to do a fitness class in school for credit. I choose the option to run or bike for 30 minutes, four days per week.
Is it safe for me to do both programs at the same time or should I stop Les mills Combat?

That is a question you really should discuss with your doctor. What is safe for one person may not be for another.0

True, I was also wondering if it would be over training.0

Jumping into too much too soon and burning yourself out tends to be an issue for beginners. That said, If you feel like you could do more, you're probably fine.
I'm not familiar with that program, but I will say that if it's high intensity, keep the other cardio low to moderate intensity.0 -
Thank you, that helps a lot0

Combat is Tuesday to Sunday, off on Monday
Class is Monday to Thursday, off Friday to Sunday.0
