Just New

Well, I joined in 2011, but never took a look around. Recently my youngest started preschool and I found that I have 3 hrs, 3 days a week all to my self! So I joined a gym and now I will spend some of my free time there focusing on me for the first time in 12+ years.

Anyway, I've spent the last 2 years starting and stopping different eating and fitness plans and I've lot in total 29lbs. So as of today the plan is to make it more of a lifestyle change that I can continue for the rest of my life. :)

So, thats me in a nutshell.
